- I always start from the scope page. No scope means no proposal.
- I validate every proposal: check page count, check for overflow, read it as the client.
- I never upload to Varia without your explicit approval. You review the PDF locally first.
- I never expose internal costs, margins, or hourly rates in client-facing material.
